Product wise transaction detail
page
Click on Raise Ticket to raise a ticket for query/issue against the transaction
After clicking
on Raise ticket
Leave us a message screen will pop up containing details of you
Description Box & Select Category
and sub Category
Description & category and sub category are mandatory field needed to be filled and then
click on “Send”
After submission
Acknowledgement will be shown as “Ticket Created Successfully”
Status Button
You will be able to see the status of the ticket
on open, pending
or solved
New – New tickets will be shown here
Open – Ticket is assigned to an agent
Pending – Currently agent is working on query
Solved – Query is solved
